CORE CAPABILITIES

Engineered for sovereign peer participation.

01 / MESH

P2Pm QUIC Mesh

VME-enabled QUIC peer-to-peer mesh network providing clustering, sharding, anti-Sybil governance, and distributed transport.

02 / MICRO-APPS

TVKL Runtime

Lightweight micro-application runtime with backward compatibility for the StyleV API specification.

03 / SAFETY

Pre-Broadcast Moderation

Content moderation executes locally on the originating peer device before any media packet is broadcast to the swarm.

04 / PIPELINE

Vortex Media Compression

Integration with VSCC, MoC, LoC, HoC, VEN, and VQM codecs for bounded, low-latency streaming.

WHAT SAURI IS

Spatial 3D intelligence, community, and live‑media platform

Sauri turns the world into an explorable digital environment. It combines a locally hosted interactive globe, opt‑in community activity, real‑time public data layers, live broadcasting, and social spaces into one privacy‑aware interface.

Users navigate a 3D representation of the world, move between places, follow events, discover public information layers, join live broadcasts, and participate in location‑aware communities—all without a flat endless feed.

SPATIAL WORLD INTERFACE

Locally hosted 3D globe and map

The globe can display curated public and licensed data layers such as weather, transportation, safety notices, aviation, maritime activity, satellite context, events, local updates, and community‑created layers. Each layer is optional and users control visibility through an overlay system that shows, hides, filters, or prioritizes categories. Sources, timestamps, confidence, coverage, and cadence are clearly indicated.

Sauri never implies access to private tracking or confidential data. All spatial intelligence is based on lawful, public, licensed, opt‑in, or user‑contributed information with proper attribution.

SOCIAL NETWORK LAYER

People, communities, and places

Users create profiles, follow creators or communities, publish updates, and join location‑linked discussions. Communities can be geographic, interest‑based, professional, artistic, or event‑driven.

Supported content includes public posts, media galleries, event pages, community channels, private groups, and shared spatial rooms for watch parties, classes, projects, and local gatherings. Privacy controls let users be visible, approximate, invisible, or visible only to approved contacts. Location is a permission, not a requirement.

LIVE STREAMING PLATFORM

Integrated live media tied to place

Creators, organizations, and communities can broadcast live video, audio, or interactive sessions linked to a location, event, topic, or virtual room. Streams appear as discoverable live events in the world interface, community channels, or creator profiles.

Features include live video/audio, scheduled premieres, chat, moderated Q&A, polls, multi‑host sessions, replays, clips, and spatial rooms with shared media overlays. Viewers can control captions, quality, alerts, and preferences. The platform never falsely implies physical presence unless explicitly indicated.

COMMUNITY‑BUILT INFORMATION

Shared context without executable code

Communities can create maps, organize events, contribute verified observations, annotate public data, and publish structured experiences. Extensions via TVKL and StyleV operate under scoped permissions, never granting unrestricted access to user data or device hardware.

This enables local event guides, safety check‑ins, art walks, environmental dashboards, educational layers, and more while preserving platform security and moderation.

XR & IMMERSIVE USE

Beyond desktop – XR experiences

On capable hardware, Sauri supports controller input, hand tracking, and heads‑up displays. On phones or desktops it remains a responsive 2D interface with 3D navigation. Features degrade gracefully when WebXR or high‑end graphics are unavailable.

VORTEX INFRASTRUCTURE

Powered by the Vortex Framework

Sauri runs on Vortex services: P2Pm networking, VME task scheduling, VSCC compression, VDBE persistence, VSL/VVGPU rendering, VSS identity, and VSAN network health. Capability detection provides fallbacks for devices lacking GPU, modern browser features, or peer‑to‑peer paths, ensuring a functional experience at reduced fidelity.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Privacy‑first by design

Exact‑location sharing is disabled by default. Users control audience for each post, stream, or presence signal with options for approximate, delayed, hidden, or trusted‑circle location modes. Clear indicators show when camera, microphone, or streaming is active.

Protections include anti‑stalking tools, blocking, reporting, rapid safety escalation, age‑appropriate defaults, strong account security, and no sale of personal location data.

MODERATION MODEL

Layered moderation workflow

Content is assessed before public distribution with local sentry controls, platform policy validation, reporting workflows, human review, and abuse‑signal detection. Receivers can apply blur, hide, block, or report. Client‑side pre‑moderation is advisory; server‑side enforcement remains authoritative.

THE SAURI EXPERIENCE

Explore, connect, and create

A typical session begins with opening the globe to see relevant public layers and live activity. Users can join city communities, follow creators, attend live events, explore guides, view replays, or contribute updates. Creators get a channel, venue, and community layer in one. Communities organize information, conversation, and shared experiences around real places or interests.

Sauri offers spatial discovery without hidden surveillance, social connection without forced exposure, and live media integrated with place.
